GRADUATING STUDENT DATA FORM

Congratulations to all our graduates! As we prepare to celebrate your achievements, we kindly request that you submit a graduation photo to be featured in our upcoming graduation celebration. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure your photo meets our requirements:

Type of Photo: Submit a headshot where the graduate is clearly facing the camera. We want to see your smiling face!
Format: Photos must be submitted in JPEG format. Please ensure the file is not too large; aim for a file size that is easy to upload but still maintains photo quality.
Content: The photo should include the graduate only. No group photos are allowed.
Dress Code: Please wear appropriate attire. Avoid revealing or inappropriate clothing. Graduation attire or formal wear is recommended.
Background Content: Ensure there are no visible alcohol, tobacco products, illegal substances, or any other inappropriate materials in the photo.
Watermarks: Photos must not contain watermarks, logos, or text overlays. We need clean images to maintain uniformity in our presentation.
